Where we ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping isn’t available yet — but stay tuned.
Shipping charges
- Standard shipping: ₹50 flat rate, anywhere in India.
- Free shipping: on orders ₹500 and above.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes:
- Tamil Nadu & nearby states: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
- Remote / northeast regions: 7–10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. Online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) will be available soon.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Quality concerns
Because our products are handmade and food/wellness items, returns for “change of mind” aren’t accepted. But if you’re genuinely unhappy with quality, write to us — we’ll make it right.
How to claim
Email admin@thengu.in or WhatsApp us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A short description of what went wrong
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval, back to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer).
